I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel with a lot of great amenities and comfortable accommodations. The rooms were clean and the spa treatment was a definite highlight! However, there were a few minor issues such as an ant problem in the room and less-than-ideal air conditioning in the hallways. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy a getaway, particularly away from the busy strip.

My stay at this resort was a blend of beautiful surroundings and some service hiccups. Nestled by Lake Las Vegas, the views were stunning, making it a lovely spot to unwind. While the room upgrade was a nice touch, I was disappointed that cleanliness was an issue initially, and the dining experience did not live up to my expectations. The staff was accommodating, which somewhat made up for the shortcomings, but overall, I believe there’s room for improvement.

I had a pretty quiet stay, which was likely due to the time of year. The resort is well-located for quick access to Las Vegas, but the number of shops on the property was limited. While there are some good dining options, I found a few things lacking. For a high-end resort, the pool towels were pretty terrible, and I was surprised by the additional resort fee that I didn’t see mentioned while booking online. Overall, it’s a nice-looking place, but I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
